Your central online access to FAU services
The identity management (IdM) system manages access to numerous services at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
It is also used to centrally manage the personal data and accounts of all FAU members for the entire duration of their studies or employment.
Students, staff, guests - in other words, all FAU members.
Every new University member must activate their account at -> www.idm.fau.de to begin with.
Your will receive the details you need to do so in an information letter from the Student Records Office (for students) or upon presenting photo ID at one of the RRZE help desks.
